Overview

The purpose of this eportfolio is to present the work from my Master's program in a concise source. My intention here is to provide a reference for future partners and collaborators in my area of professional endeavor, as well as to share some of my work with academic professionals, potential clients, and fellow security professionals who seek, as do I, to continue to professionalize the security field and better protect our clients, our communities, and our nation, and who understand and value the integration of counterterrorism as a security program component.

This site presents selected work from my Master of Science in Terrorism and Counterterrorism program at the Henley-Putnam School of Strategic Security at National American University. I am Hiram Libby, a security professional and graduate student whose work is shaped by experience in private security, public safety, protection management, and counterterrorism. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have sought to integrate practical security operations with the analytical, strategic, and counterterrorism-focused perspective developed through my studies.
